About This Blog

This is what we are all about...

US & OUR CULTURE is a blog that celebrates the diversity & the impact of today’s young professionals.  We do this by sharing inspiring stories from young leaders who are challenging themselves to accomplish impressive goals, and by sharing lessons of leadership that incorporate culture & personal experiences.

Us & Our Culture is the official blog of RANJA,

“Ranja” means “to prepare” in Cabo Verdean Kriolu.  We are a digital platform that aims to prepare, unite, and empower students, educators and diverse young professionals to become inclusive, dynamic leaders who advocate for their culture, and their community.
